With comfortable cottages,  daily yoga and meditation sessions and health-oriented meals,  we are a small and intimate retreat center providing a peaceful environment allowing you to learn or deepen your practice of meditation and yoga, complementing your visits to the magnificent Angkor temples.

We are downtown Siem-reap in quiet gardens, yet near restaurants and easy access to temples.

Your daily sessions start at the sound of the Gong! Just come 5 minutes early and preferably with an empty stomach.

Please share your preferences and health condition with your instructors upon arrival. We do our best to help you develop regardless of your level – beginner, intermediate or expert.

We have wooden cottages with healthy meals, a daily schedule, and offer retreats and promotions: see our retreat schedule below.

Walk-in guests are welcome, just come to our reception 10 minutes before class.

Meet our resident and visiting instructors here.

It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required.
