With comfortable cottages, daily yoga and meditation sessions and health-oriented meals, we are a small and intimate retreat center providing a peaceful environment allowing you to learn or deepen your practice of meditation and yoga, complementing your visits to the magnificent Angkor temples.
We are downtown Siem-reap in quiet gardens, yet near restaurants and easy access to temples.

Your daily sessions start at the sound of the Gong! Just come 5 minutes early and preferably with an empty stomach.
We have wooden cottages with healthy meals, a daily schedule, and offer retreats and promotions: see our retreat schedule below.

Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following the instructor's guidance.

This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Offered only to guests with prior yoga experience.
|6:00PM - 7:00PM||Vinyasa flow
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like.
