Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the feeling you have just before you fall asleep. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single point focus is required.
Flow/Vinyasa: Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like.

Yoga in Pagoda: Every Sunday, we go outside in countryside to practice Yoga in a beautiful Pagoda, then do Karma yoga by cleaning and teaching. Consult us for exact schedule. Donation based (all fees go to the pagoda and transportation)
