It’s an opportunity for those new to mindfulness as well as for experienced meditators looking deepen their practice in an adventurous setting in Cambodian wildlife.
We are passionate about eating tasty & healthy food, that’s why the food served during your retreat will be nutritious and homemade variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes with local ingredients. Meals are served in a shaded terrace. All meals are perfectly balanced prepared with love and participate in your physical and spiritual welfare. Breakfast menu includes fresh fruits, oats, local honey, porridge sesame, pancakes and cold fresh juices. Tea are specialty and mixes of the house, with flower aromas. Lunch & dinner menu include raw and cooked options.
Enjoy the silent escape from your hustle life right into the very heart of the Phnom Kulen National Park. The silent retreat will be held in Kbal Spean it is along the way to the top of the mountain and is a serene and gentle place. The 1000 carved lingas in the “Valley of the Lingas” or “River of the Lingas”, as it’s often referred to, are tribute to the Hindu god Shiva. It is a revered spiritual place for Cambodian people. Kbal Spean is 48km from Siem Reap.
