Everyone can (and should) meditate!
Welcome to an introduction to meditation, the 7th limb of Patanjali’s mindfulness Ashtanga yoga. Meditation is a part of the whole process of mastering your mind. My 2 minute clips give some knowledge and tools to get you curious and get started in meditating, calming your mind, relaxing.
With these tools and the guidance of a mindfulness yoga teacher, you will be able to easily meditate on your own.
