HOW TO GET HERE

Please book your flight to arrive at Siem Reap International Airport (REP). From Siem Reap International Airport (REP) to the retreat center, you may also take tuktuk for a minimum of 5 USD.
You will be staying at the Blue Indigo Yoga Retreat Center located 10 minutes away from the Siem Reap riverside. The center is designed as a spiritual retreat center and suits your needs very well. The center comprises of comfortable seven wooden cottages, each 30 square meters with a ceiling fan to keep the atmosphere cool and mosquito nets. Each cottage has a lovely bathroom with shower.
The cottages are nestled in a tranquil area surrounded by trees and flowers for a lovely atmosphere. Note that none of the cottages have air condition (temperatures are nowhere near as high as the United Arab Emirates) and this is not a ‘5 star Dubai’ type accommodation. In the center of the property, there is a 100 square meter shala room for yoga and meditation. The shala is built with traditional materials and is very well ventilated. There is a very shady restaurant space for meals.
This retreat center provides you with comfortable cottages, daily yoga, and meditation sessions, and health-oriented meals. It is a small and intimate retreat center providing a peaceful environment allowing you to learn or deepen your practice of meditation and yoga, complementing your visits to the magnificent Angkor temples. It is in downtown Siem-reap in quiet gardens, yet near restaurants and easy access to temples.

You will be able to relax body and mind through the practice of yoga, meditation, and deep relaxation, and learn how to implement the art of relaxation into your daily life. This will help reduce stress, increase your immunity, improve your mood, and ability to make clear decisions.
The program emphasizes a fun, non-commercial, laid back, intimate experience with non-pretentious, cool people. They welcome you at whatever level or stage of life you may be at, beginner, advanced, spiritual, urban, and such. Variety is the spice of life.
Flow or Vinyasa
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required.
